About these terms
These terms apply when you use the JURTO app to book goods deliveries. By creating an account or placing a booking you agree to them. JURTO connects you with independent delivery partners (drivers) who pick up and deliver your goods.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and give a correct mobile number. Keep your login safe. You are responsible for bookings made from your account.
Bookings and fares
JURTO is available in Chennai. The fare shown before you book is an estimate based on the vehicle and distance. Waiting time, extra stops, tolls or parking may be added where shown in the app. Promo codes give the discount shown in the app and can be changed or withdrawn by JURTO.
What you can send
Do not send anything illegal, dangerous or restricted: for example weapons, explosives, drugs, alcohol without a licence, cash, jewellery, live animals, or goods that need special permits. Pack goods properly. The driver may refuse goods that are unsafe, too heavy for the vehicle, or not as described.
Pickup OTP and delivery
Share the pickup OTP only with the driver at pickup. Make sure someone is available at every drop point. JURTO is not responsible for delays caused by wrong addresses or no one receiving the goods.
Payments
You can pay by cash to the driver, by UPI / card / netbanking through Razorpay, or from your JURTO Wallet. Online payments are processed by Razorpay; JURTO does not store your card or bank details.
JURTO Wallet
Money added to the JURTO Wallet can only be used to pay for JURTO bookings. It cannot be transferred to another person or withdrawn to a bank account. Bonus and referral credits are promotional, have no cash value, and may be removed if they were earned by misuse (for example fake accounts).
Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a booking before the trip starts. If you paid online and the booking is cancelled, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method, usually within 5-7 working days. If you paid from the JURTO Wallet, the amount goes back to your wallet immediately.
Referral programme
When a friend joins with your code and completes their first booking, you both get the bonus shown in the app in your JURTO Wallet. One referral bonus per new customer. JURTO may change or end the programme at any time.
Damage, loss and liability
Drivers handle goods with care, but JURTO's responsibility for loss or damage is limited to the fare paid for that booking, unless the law requires otherwise. Report any problem through Support in the app within 24 hours of delivery.
Respect and safety
Treat drivers with respect. Abuse, fraud or misuse of the app can lead to your account being blocked.

We may update these terms. The app will show the latest version. For any question or complaint, use Account → Support in the app.
