Customer app: Account → Settings → Delete account.
JURTO Partner (driver) app: Menu → Delete account.
JURTO Fleet app: Account → Delete account.

Send an email to jurtologisticsservices@gmail.com from any address with the subject "Delete my JURTO account" and the mobile number you signed up with. We confirm and delete within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your name, phone number, email, saved places and notification tokens.
- Drivers: licence, vehicle details and photos, bank or UPI details.
What we keep
- Booking, payment and payout records needed for tax and accounting law (up to 8 years), without your contact details where possible.
- Wallet money that is still unused can be requested back before deletion through Support.
